Yes, employee contributions are common in most organizations, but it’s up to you how much or how little they contribute. We will help you structure your plan to include the employee contribution you see fit.
Yes, we’ll provide costs for add-ons such as a spouse, children, and other dependents. Those costs can be covered by the employee or a combination of both that fits your needs.
When an employer makes an offer of coverage, employees are not obligated to enroll. If an enrolled employee has alternative insurance options through a spouse or dependent, we will advise on qualifying events to opt-out of coverage.
It may, but there’s no reason it has to. If we can find you better pricing and negotiate better terms with multiple carriers or vendors, then that’s the route we’ll go.
