Medicare Supplement Insurance

Medicare coverage is a wonderful thing but it’s not one size fits all. Medicare pays for much, but not all the cost of healthcare services and pharmaceuticals. You may want to consider a plan that fills in the gaps. RedQuote, a part of Berg Benefits, can tell you what products exist for supplemental coverage and provide guidance in making a selection.

About Us
Medicare Supplement

Often referred to as Part A (hospital insurance) and Part B (Medical Insurance), Medicare Supplement Insurance helps pay your share of healthcare costs such as copayments and deductibles. Medicare Supplement may be worth considering for additional coverage.

Medicare Advantage Plans

Often known as Part C, Medicare Advantage plans typically cover prescription drugs. You’ll also be able to choose coverage for vision, dental and hearing care. Other perks may be zero copays and fitness benefits that give you free or reduced gym memberships.

With Medicare, one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why you may want to explore other options. RedQuote, part of Berg Benefits, offers expert, licensed advisors to help you find the best coverage for your budget and healthcare needs.

Berg Benefits has the experience and knowledge to provide expert guidance regarding supplemental Medicare insurance plans.
Medicare covers some expenses but not all. You’ll still be responsible for co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and pharmaceuticals, all of which can be expensive. A Medicare Supplement plan helps limit your Medicare out of pocket cost.
Medicare supplement plans have premiums that cost anywhere from around $70/month to $270/month. Typically, plans with higher monthly premiums will have lower deductibles. Plans with lower monthly premiums have higher deductibles. Price is also influenced by the coverages you choose, your geographic area, and your age.
There are quite a few so it pays to shop around. RedQuote is not obligated to use a specific carrier, thus ensuring we can shop around and find you the best fit for your needs and budget.
Individuals age 65 or older, those with disabilities, and people with End Stage Renal Disease are eligible to enroll in Medicare.
It is not required to stop providing coverage to employees eligible for Medicare, but we can help advise the most cost-effective strategy to transition those eligible to save both the employer and employee money.
